In the end everything was ok and the flowers were delivered within the indicated timeframe. However, I had problems contacting your service, and could not understand till that time whether my order would be completed.

My friend loved the flowers! The delivery person made sure she got them safely. He didn't leave them outside in the snowstorm. He had tried to deliver them and after she got a text he was able to turn around from not too far away and deliver them! That's customer care! Her flower arrangement was beautiful and since I'm 650 miles away and can't pick them out myself, it's the next best thing to have such a reliable flower shop to do it for me. Thank you so much for making us both happy!! :)
