you guys were fantastic! 2 days before Valetines Day, one of your busiest times of the year the flowers were beautiful and your delivery person is one of the kindest person and I have to thank them personally . These flowers were for my 84 year old Mom that doesn't always get out much... only my mom could ask the delivery person, when he called to see if she was home for delivery, if they wouldn't mind running in to the store and bring her chocolate chips for something she was making to save her a very long trip to the store... again I say only my mom... well he did. You talk about above and beyond customer service!!! I send her flowers through out the year and will only be using you guys for sure ! The flowers were absolutely gorgeous! Anna Marie and I were both thrilled.It was easy to order and I loved the free delivery when ordering online. I did think that I should be able to get a complimentary card included in the price of the arrangement. I was disappointed to have to pay an additional $2.99 to let her know who it was from and why it was sent.
