I understand that I ordered this on Valentines Day but I think charging me $3.00 for a card that required four letters was gouging and taking advantage of the holiday. I appreciate the prompt delivery, but would might look elsewhere the next time due the the charge for a card that is typically included with the purchase.

Very good service and website easy to work with. My only issue is that the ad says free delivery but then you have a service charge larger than the delivery charge-seems a little deceptive.
