When flowers are ordered to let the customers know if it will be delivered morning or afternoon, other than that you delivered the orchid on the same day as was arranged and the receipiant was very happy with the orchid. Thank you and very best wishes

Your service was absolutely PERFECT, your flowers spectacular, and your website unusually easy to navigate...The only teeny-weeny negative was that I received a confirmation of delivery that mistakenly said the flowers had been delivered at 6:15 A.M., rather than the (actuality) of 6:15 P.M.! That gave me quite a start -- until I realized it was probably an error. I've used your service twice now, and intend to use it again and again.... It just seems somehow easier and cheaper than my old standby, 1-800-FLOWERS.
