First the person that helped me was just great and this was the second time for me ordering from Avas Flowers this week. First order for someone's Birthday she was so happy the flowers were Beautiful. The second order for someone in the hospital who went thru every detail about the flowers from colors to the Big Ribbon. She was very upset being there but said these flowers just lite up the room. And she said the nurses said who do you know that sent such Beautiful Flowers. HaHa Thanks for everything I really appreciate dealing with you guys.

Great first-time experience!! The gentleman on the phone had great phone exhibited excellent customer service skills - good attention to detail and the right amount of enthusiasm!! The flowers arrived on time and we're beautiful!!! The recipient was impressed, as well.

I sent the Fruits Abound Basket to my son-in-law's family for the funeral of his grandmother. They loved it and were happy to have the food available for family members and grandchildren to snack on it during the many hours of the visitation and funeral service. I will be using Avas Flowers again.
