Forgot to order flowers for my sister, witch I do every year for Christmas. I tried to thru the other major flower sites and couldn't do it. Next time I'll just go to Avas first because they were the ones who came thru for me. Prompt delivery and my sister loved them.

The phone order was efficient and delivery was prompt. The flowers are beautiful which I know due to a picture having been sent to me by the recipients. Of special note was the local store and its flower department which made special efforts to get the delivery to it destination, calling me and the recipients twice to ensure that someone would be present to receive the arrangement. I especially appreciated this attention to customer service and awareness that with high heat the flowers would not have lasted long outside!

Working with this business has been very easy and satisfying. While trying to send flowers to a friends funeral I became frustrated with available delivery date with other businesses. I would go through pick out what I wanted only to find out at check out that the delivery date would be a few weeks out. I found Avas Flowers in an internet search did the same thing and they were available to deliver on the date I needed as well as have lower prices and better selections. I did call their customer service number just to make sure and spoke to a very nice representative who assured me everything would be as I ordered. I would use Avas flowers again and highly recommend them.

It is difficult to place faith in a vendor that you have NO experience with, especially when you are miles away from their location. I found Avas flowers to have a very efficient order site - and because of very good photos and information was able to comfortably choose an appropriate arrangement for the occasion. Going through the selection process on-line gave me the confidence to know they would provide, on time, the selection we made. The recipient was very pleased, and we were able to express our congratulations in a beautiful, impressive way. Thank you Avas Flowers - we are pleased.
