The flowers were absolutely and came in a beautiful vase which they can use over and over. Very expensive with all the ad-ons but they were lovely. Exactly as pictured too Betty Hague

The communication about the delivery of the flowers was very comforting. It made me feel that you cared about me. I think something that would really impress customers is when you send the text about the flowers are on their way to the recipient that you send a picture of them. Ordering flowers is one of those things that you don't always get to see the end product. Even when you talk to the recipient people forget, and flowers are usually sent for a reason, mine was that she had surgery so she can't just take a picture of the flowers so I haven't seen them yet and I was hoping to see how the turned out. This is just a way that you can make customers experience even more personal. I know if I received this service I would definitely use the company again.
