I was very pleased with the way my order was handled. You went out of the way to make sure the order was delivered on the day I requested even though you only had a few hours to deliver the flowers. What I ordered wasn't available, but you called and arranged to make an floral arrangement that was even nicer than the one I ordered.

Your company is a class act!!! SOOOO happy that I found you on the internet as Leslie said the flowers (AND VASE!!!) are absolutely gorgeous!! From my experience with placing the order (sorry I don't remember her name as she was wonderful! Very polite and efficient and not pushy at all...just very helpful in making my selection!)..You actually delivered WHAT I ordered and at the time I requested them! THANK YOU!!!! .I think it's wonderful that you sent me the text saying they'd been delivered and now a follow up to see if I was happy with your service....I only have one word for all of you....WOW!!!!! The clerk was very polite and helpful. I enjoyed talking with the florist direct since I was placing my order from Cleveland, not Dayton. Having the plants displayed on the computer was extremely helpful in making my choice. The prices were very reasonable compared to other florists in the area. I had a very favorable response from the recipients of the plant. I would use Avas Flowers again.
