Your receptionist was very helpful in my determining what to order and spend. I prefer to visit a florist's online site but then TALK rather than ordering flowers online, which is very confusing. It seems florists don't acknowledge like other retailers with "Thank You for Your Order" so you're never sure if the order went through or not. Janet Durham
