I was very pleased - the flowers were for my fathers memorial service that I was unable to attend - I was told that the flowers were beautiful. The flowers were delivered on time and I had no issues even though I ordered on line on the day before.

When the original order arrived the vase was shattered and she was not able to even save the flowers. I called you and you replaced the order & even had it sent to her home in another city since the original went to her college. Thank you for taking care of this so graciously & quickly.
