I live in South Carolina and called to have flowers sent for a funeral in Alton. Having to call a florist that you have never done business with always makes you a little uneasy. However, that was no longer the case after just a few minutes on the phone. The sales associate that took my order was very pleasant, professional and sensitive to my needs. I told my husband when I got off the phone, "that was probably the nicest sales person I have ever had to deal with on the phone". Thank you for a great experience. I will definitely share my story with my friends in Alton.

Flowers were for my boss after her surgery. They were a bit pricey, but she sent me a picture of them and while they weren't exactly like the online photo, they were very pretty. Happy with purchase. Thanks.

Our son was opening his store, but did not have a grand opening date as yet. All of a sudden everything came together & the opening was NOW. We wanted to send something special IMMEDIATELY. Your sales associate was very nice & knowledgeable. He helped me to choose something he recommended for a business but with a personal flare. Delivery was smooth as could be. Thank you!!!
