One comment and one question. Comment: Living in Iowa, I appreciated your on-line presence...up until a $13 +/- service charge got tacked on at the very end of my order. I almost hit Cancel. If there has to be that charge, it should be noted at the *beginning* of the process. Also, would you have had a service charge if I'd phoned in my order? Question: I'd asked if a special, brief message might be spoken to Aunt Beth when the flowers were delivered. Can you give me any feedback on whether that was done? Thanks for considering my comments, & thanks again for brightening Aunt Beth's hospital stay! Bob Kindred

Wow! Mom couldn't stop raving about how beautiful the sunshine basket was. Also, someone was nice enough to call me and let me know that they couldn't deliver the flowers on the day I ordered it, but would be able to do it the next day, which was not only a Sunday, but Easter Sunday. Such great service. Thanks so much for taking such good care of this order.
