The flowers were beautiful but they were supposed to be delivered on march 12 and were delivered on March 11, they were supposed to call before they delivered and they did not do that luckily my sister was home. Also there was not a balloon delivered with the flowers. I'm glad she liked the flowers and she said they were beautiful so I'm happy about that my overall experience is Good service but it could've been great if they follow the instructions thank you Carol Drake

Alice sent a picture of the arrangement and the stuffed animal to me and also posted it on Facebook. It was so pretty and she really loved it. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job on this arrangement. It means a lot to me to be able to send such a beautiful birthday gift to my best friend. I will definitely be using your services again! My Mother was very pleased with the flowers delivered to her ... I am pleased that they were delivered on the day requested and were, by all accounts , as beautiful as I had hoped. Thank you for doing a wonderful job .... I will certainly use Avas Flowers again. Chuck Shroads
