Your phone representatives made ordering very easy.It can be stressful when you are in another country, and sending a sympathy gift to a good friend. Have never used your services prior to this order. However, I was very impressed with the upgrade of the order when the order could not be delivered on day requested. I have seen the bouquet and was very pleased with the quality. Excellent customer service. Will use again in future and will not hesitate to recommend to others.

I ordered flowers online at night. The website was easy and quick. Flowers were absolutely beautiful and delivered the next day. Nothing could be better. I was extremely pleased, as was Ellen with the flowers. Thank you! I will order again when I need flowers sent in Florida.

I got the regular bouquet (not the premium one) and it actually looked awesome! I am usually so annoyed by how flowers look nothing like the picture they're supposed to look like. These actually look right!
