your service was awesome, i placed the order for my mom to buy a sympathy arrangement for my brothers funeral. the arrangement was beautiful and it way delivered way before the deadline that the funeral home had suggested. your salesmen (david) who took my order was great to deal with on the phone also. the emails we received confirming and following the order was very professional. i myself ordered an arrangement for my brother from another florist that was located just down the block from the funeral home(becker) and even thou a liked the arrangement, i still to date at this time have not received any email conformation receipt, which i feel is not anyway to run a professional business. when and if the time comes again that i need to order any kind of an arrangement i will be using your florist shop for my purchase based upon the way you folks took care of my mothers order thanks for your service: anthony blazina
