Delivery was on time. The flower arrangements were beautiful and looked exactly like the photo.

I was VERY impressed with the whole process! You guys nailed it! AND - the recipient send me a picture of the arrangement...it was exactly what it was meant to be, and beautiful! Ordered flowers for my niece who had just had a beautiful baby boy. I live several states away from her, so I got the hospital address and information from her mother and then place my order w/ Ava's Flowers. For whatever reason, upon delivery, the hospital did not have anyone under my niece's name! After speaking w/ a customer service rep on the phone, she was able to get the delivery to re-attempt delivery at the hospital. At that time, b/c I wasn't sure when my niece would be checked out, I ended up having the flowers delivered to an alternate address. They made it just fine (the next day) to the other address. That address was in another city, same state. When the flowers did arrive, I received an email from the receiver stating, "The flower are BEAUTIFUL!!" (in all caps!)! The attempts to deliver the flowers and personal attention Ava's Flowers gave my situation, certainly made me feel like a valued customer and I would definitely consider using them again. This was my first time using Ava's so I didn't know what the quality of the flowers would be either, but after the above comment by the receiver, I think we have a winner!!
