The service was very good and the young man I spoke with was very helpful during a stressful time. He helped me fill out a sympathy card when I was at a loss for words. I had ordered the LARGE arrangement, but I was somewhat disappointed at the size when the recipient sent me a picture of it. However, the recipient was pleased and said flowers were very fresh. When I was viewing the options of my selection, I really could not see much difference between the Sm, Med or Large. Perhaps it is the number of flowers you put in the bouquet. I would, however, use Ava's again. Thank you.
