Gentleman on phone was very courteous and helped me finish the online order; even placed it for me. Was insightful, and had tasteful (but not pushy) "up-sells", even though I wasn't looking for anything more than the flowers. Flowers were delivered on time. Very good experience, and looking to do business with Avas Flowers again.
