I am in MD and this daughters family is in GA so we must use a call to get flowers. We truly lucked out this time. Was very happy with the lady that took my call and then my daughter told me how lucky she was to receive a lovely floral arrangement.

I was well pleased with the complete experience. Beautiful arrangement delivered on time. Excellent follow up and service. Not only did it make the recipient's day, it made the whole office smile. The flowers were beautiful. My daughter loved them. The red latex balloon was not included in its the flowers when they arrived. Not sure if it was not included at the store or if something happened during delivery.

THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME ORDERING FROM AVA's. I WENT BY THE REVIEWS, SO THATS HOW I CHOSE IT. MY SISTER WAS VERY SURPRISED AT THE FLOWERS! SHE SAID THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!! THEY WERE LEFT AT HER HOME, ALONG WITH A LETTER IN HER MAILBOX. LATER, SHE WAS CALLED TO SEE THAT SHE GOT THEM. SHE WAS IMPRESSED WITH THAT AND I WAS QUITE RELIEVED!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING HER THE BEAUTIFUL CENTERPIECE AND ALL THAT YOUR WORKERS WENT THRU TO MAKE SURE SHE RECEIVED THEM!!! I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND YOU TO OTHERS AND I WILL BE CALLING YOU AGAIN!!! MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

I was so surprised at how quickly the order was processed and delivered. I also Had to edit the order right after I made it and was pretty happy at how fast that went. My mother in law sent us a picture of the flowers after she got it and to my surprise, they were exactly like the picture on online, maybe even better. I trust Ava! Thanks so much. Nice job.
