I am so pleased with this service. I ordered my mother flowers for her birthday the evening before her birthday. They arrived promptly on time for her birthday. My mother sent me a picture of the flowers and they were AMAZING! I am so pleased and happy and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Customer service phone rep was very helpful. Flowers were delivered in a timely manner. Your online policy states that flowers would be left with someone or the recipient would be called to schedule a mutually agreeable delivery time. Recipient was not at home and flowers were left on front porch in 98 degree heat and she called to thank me for the dead flowers. I'm sure she was joking; however, my guess is that they were quite wilted when she got home. Very disappointing.

the flowers were delivered promptly on day/time promised from Belle View flowers, ordered thru AVA's online. the intake person at the desk said they were beautiful. I ordered these as a deluxe bouquet w/vase-- for delivery hundreds of miles from me. When I inquired about them, the intake person said they had just been delivered by Belle View florist and were beautiful. Thank you AVA's for a lovely arrangement that was delivered as promised.
