She loved the flowers and said and still says they are beautiful. One thing, and I realize it was Valentines Day and you were most likely very busy, but I had requested that the flowers be delivered as late as possible preferably after 5:00 since I thought she would be at work. They look like they were delivered around 12:00 instead. Fortunately she had left work early and got them early in the afternoon, and the weather was nice. Anyway, my experience with Avas Flowers was great and I will use you again in the future when delivering flowers to her.

I was very happy with the customer service I received while placing my order. According to the recipient the arrangement was beautiful, I only wish I was able to see the result but I trust that it was very nice. I will definitely use their services again if needed in the future & I will certainly recommend them to friends &n family.

Your delivery person went out of their way to get the flowers to the right mortuary. I had the wrong information and when I called to correct it to the other mortuary the delivery person delivered the flowers to the OTHER site. THANK YOU! Great Job! Your customer service reps were AWESOME!
