I spoke with Alex when I called in, and he was extremely helpful and polite. The flowers turned out great. I ordered the flowers for a friend, and at first I was told the flowers did not arrive. Turns out, I got bad information (they just didn't know whose name I put in the card). The flowers arrived on time. Thank you.
