I do not know what the flowers looked like however I am sure they were beautiful. The gal that I worked with on the phone was very courteous and helpful. I explained that I was in Texas and needed something special for my cousin's 70th anniversary. I will be receiving photos soon as they do not have a computer. She was so very pleased. Thank you for your help and I will surely use you again when I need flowers in your area. I am a floral designer here in Texas so I know what it is like to do all these things for customers. Beautiful arrangement that was delivered on time. Larger than I thought it would be, which made it a nice surprise! I have worked with other florists in the past that 'skimped' on the number of flowers in the arrangement, which has made me very hesitant ordering flowers on line. However, Ava's provided a full amount of flowers in the arrangement. It was beautiful! Because of this, I will use Ava's again! Thank you for making this so easy during a time of family grief. Alicia
