Same day delivery as promised! I received a call that the arrangement I requested could not be made due to a shortage of flowers and I was told they could do "designer's choice". When the recipient showed me a photo of the flowers, I was very pleased! Both her and I loved the arrangement she received, they did a wonderful job and followed through on timelines and updated me all along the way whether by automated email/test or phone call. 10/10 and would definitely use again!
