This was my first experience and I was very pleased. I had some online issues resulting in me calling for assistance. The gentleman was extremely polite and helpful and offered to get the flowers delivered that afternoon, although I didn't call until 1:30. My friend sent me a photo of the flowers and they were lovely. I was definitely use Avas flowers again!
