Excellent experience ordering flowers for out of town delivery to friend in hospital. Service was prompt. I was well informed all along the way ( told when order was on its way, when it arrived, when process was cimpleted). I had tried ordering from a florist in Albany but they didn't answer even though their ad said they were open on Saturday mornings. I tried Avas on line. It was EASY. My friend got the fall arrangement a few hours later and says they are beautiful. Thanks for great service!
