The arrangement was to be delivered on 3/26. It was beautiful; however, not what I had ordered. I'm assuming that the arrangement I chose wasn't available and that you have the right to substitute. Think it would be nice if you had advised me that it wasn't going to be what I had ordered.

I had a very good experience. The people I dealt with were helpful and took care of my problem in a professional manor. I had a problem in that I ordered a delivery for that day and didn't see that it was placed for the following day. My only problem was a difficulty getting in contact with your people. I called and could not get through, i also left my number on a call back line without success. I finally e-mailed my problem and received prompt care. Overall I would definitely use your company again. BKimmel

Very impressed that I was able to talk to a human quickly and have flowers delivered same day. The process was painless, the delivery was on time and the person delivering called and asked if it was OK to leave the flowers outside. The whole staff I dealt with were very courteous and that is extremely important to me. I will be back great job!!
