The arrangement that was made for the funeral of my best friend's grandmother,was ABSOLUTELY,AMAZING AND GORGEOUS! I was very very happy and satisfied with the flower arrangement,that they made at a very difficult time! Tons of compliments! Thank u soooo much! Will definitely use them again,5 stars!!!

I called same day, had very little info. Your associate went out of her way to assist me. She was patient and very kind, she found the correct information fairly quick. (I do not have access to her name at this time, I believe she was a new employee. She really did a great job!). Flowers arrived on time and looked great! I would definitely recommend avas flowers to a friend.

I want to thank you for helping me make my mothers 80th birthday wonderful! She said the flowers were absolutely beautiful . They made her cry. She stated she was not home when they were delivered, but that your staff called later to make sure she got them and that everything was good. I can not tell you how much I appreciate your great customer service. Being 900 miles away, it is hard to know you are getting what you want for your money. Nice to know that I did get that and even more. Again, thank you .
