The flowers were for my niece who has just moved to a small town on North Carolina's Outer Banks. I got her new address from her mom - who didn't have all of it correct! After placing the order, I realized that I couldn't find it on Google maps and apparently you couldn't either! I got a phone call the next day from a very nice, professional lady who chatted with me and got my niece's phone number so she could be called for more information. The flowers arrived on time at the right place and made a new mom very happy. It was a pleasure to deal with your company. Thank you!!

My sister's father-in-law passed away in Florida and I live in Massachusetts. Believe it or not this was the first time I had to place an order out of state. I googled florists in Spring Hill Florida and your website came up. I was impressed with the selection and the same day delivery. So I placed the order. My sister sent a picture of the arrangement. Thank you for your prompt and professional service! The ordering process was quick and I was surprised by the call I received within Two hours from the local florist asking permission to substitute some of the flowers in the arrangement. I appreciate the care that the call demonstrated. The person I sent them to has allergies to certain flowers, thus, you made me and my niece very happy with your attention to detail.
