Service was great! I made a mistake and accidentally submitted my order twice online. I had to call to get one removed, and it was handled very promptly and professionally. I am out of state, but I am told that the flowers were beautiful and they were much appreciated.

We have used Ava's twice here in the past two weeks for sympathy arrangements, both have been absolutely beautiful arrangements!
