From what I was told the flowers arrived at 2:10 and according to the email I received the flowers arrived after 2 pm. I did pay an extra $9.99 for delivery before 2 pm but 10 mins late is acceptable. The florist did add a couple extra balloons which was nice. Other than that the person seems very happy with the flowers. You asked I'm just saying what happened. I would use this service again. The world is far from perfect today but they did over achieve them selfs .

The Avas team went above and beyond in preparing the sympathy red rose basket that was overflowing. Her husband, former astronaut Lt General Thomas P Stafford just passed. Mrs Stafford was extremely pleased with the arrangment. Avas did an outstanding service for me and you should trust them too.
