The website was a bit difficult to use at times, specifically with the delivery address. But my biggest issue is that the arrangement delivered really didn’t look much like the arrangement I selected.

We are NYS residents and ordered flowers for our realtor in St. Petersburg, Fla. She was not home when the flowers were delivered so Ava's went the extra mile and called her and delivered them later that day. She called us and said the arraignment was absolutely beautiful. Ordered these flowers mere hours before a family friend came to stay for a wedding. She took it upon herself to pay for rehearsal dinner, so we wanted something special waiting for her in her hotel room. Avas Flowers had the arrangement completed and delivered for free before our friend ever made it to her room. She was very thankful, as are we for Ava's flowers.
