When I ordered the flowers they were supposed to be delivered same day I got a call saying they would be delivered the next day and they weren't delivered until the following evening. I was a little disappointed about that but she loved the flowers.

Got a phone call from the recipient the same day to say how much they enjoyed receiving the fruit basket. There was a nice variety of fruit and it was very fresh.This was a sympathy basket and they we're thrilled to get fruit instead of more flowers.

Wow! Spectacular plant, larger than I thought it would be. Delivery woman was very kind, wish I knew it wasn't UPS as in a previous order and had no time to get my bag, can you text me the florist you used for my beautiful peace lily? I have been sad since November, I lost two cherished cat friends and a peace lily from Avas flowers made me smile, ty God Bless. Peace

Good morning...I've ordered flowers from your company before and it is very convenient for me to do such. However, this last order I had requested express delivery prior to 1:00PM for an additional fee of $9.99. Not sure if I understood the "express delivery" correctly as I got confirmation of my delivery at 3:26PM and not prior to 1:00PM. Though I was not disappointed for the late delivery, I at least expected that the additional fee of $9.99 would have been waived. But then again, I reviewed my invoice and one would assume that the "free delivery" of $9.99 charge was waived...but then the "Special Handling" charge of $13.95 is also added. Pretty smart maneuvering of fees to confuse Customers! Needless to say, I will likely consider my choices of other florist on my next purchase. Thank you for allowing me to share my opinion...

It started out to be a bad experience because I received a confirmation the flowers had been delivered...but they weren't. Then I was promised they would be delivered the next day which was important as they were going out of town. They were not ...The local florist dropped the ball but Your customer service picked it up and made sure the flowers were delivered before they left at 9:00 in the morning! That made the experience worth calling you back the next time! Thank you for your hard work!
