I was very impressed with the person that I spoke with on the phone. My order took 10 minutes to place but she was very thorough. I am ordering from a 3 hour driving distance so it is more difficult to know exactly what I am getting & how it will arrive. The woman took all of my information, had me spell it, and repeated it back to me. Then she went over my options. She assured me that it would be delivered the next day. She even offered me extra options after I had made my selections. The next day my husband was able to determine when the delivery was made. thank you so much. I was worried because my boss had made some on line FTD type orders & had bad luck with them. Then the customer service was non-existant. I am so glad I dealt with you. Everything went smoothly & right on time. I would reccommend you to anyone that needed to send flowers in your area. thanks.
