Delivery was right on time and the flowers are gorgeous!

I had placed an order with another company and discovered that the flowers did not arrive. Checked with them and they had lost my account and order and thankfully had not charged my card. Went to your site and was able to get beautiful flowers delivered the same day (even though that was the day after my mother-in-laws birthday). You saved my butt and made a lady very happy the day after her 100th birthday.

I had just found out about the funeral day and time of my brother in law on Thursday morning.and called the church to see If flowers could be delivered Friday the day of the service. I was told NO as the church was closed until just before the service at noon.and to have them delivered that day by four. Your customer service rep assured me that that could be done even though it was a three hour difference in time, I live in CA. Not only were they delivered in time, but delivered about one thirty I believe, just less than two hours since I ordered them. I can not tell you if I was pleased with them because I was unable to attend the service. I am hoping they were as pictured, and not on the small side as I upgraded. I have had that happen.
