My GRANDAUGHTER said the flowers were beautiful but the ballon was not delivered. I called Avas and they will credit me for the ballon n gave me a gift certificate... Kirsten was not at the same place of work so they delivered to where she was which was very nice of them to do I will use Avas again Thank u

Arrangement was very pretty, however, I felt it was somehat smallthan what was pictured. I was pleased with the notification of delivery but felt the amount of flowers did not fully satisfy the cost. Would use again.
