Delivery person called and told Cori he had flowers and he was in parking lot and she should come down from her third floor condo and pick them up. She declined and they were delivered to door. Delivery person should never had tried to get her to come down, that's was delivery fee is for.

of the many times I have sent flowers/baskets thru the mail, this has been the most excellent experience of all !!! The shipment was delivered same day, it was absolutely gorgeous !!! and the price was very reasonable.
