The end result was good. The relatives of Terry O'Toole said the basket was very nice, very nice so I go by that in thanking you for putting together and delivering the basket. There were some problems with the name and the message. The people with whom I spoke early on in the transaction did not seem to understand the spelling of the names and the names on the card. I appreciate being called regarding the delivery. I do understand that sometimes getting the ordered fruit might not work. I did not ask my relatives when it was delivered, but I think you did the best you could do about that. Am happy that it was a nice basket. Thank you. Mitzi Hlavac

Excellent and prompt service by phone and delivery. We live 350 miles away and Ava's made it easy. My mother thought the lady who made the home delivery was great. She said that the delivery lady took time to visit with her and was very nice to her. As my mother is 93 years old and still has fantastic mind skills, she remembers these type events and is already telling her friends and neighbors of her positive experience. Thanks to all of you
