My daughter enjoyed her flowers , although her ballon read "Congratulations " instead of Happy Birthday. She said the smelled Amazing, and that's what made me happy.

I selected a delayed date that was listed as "free delivery" but when I checked out I was charged $9.99 delivery plus some other fee. If it is marked free delivery, it should be free.
