Hi. I want to commend the customer representative, for her patience and kindness to me during the process of selecting the flower wreath I ordered. She is a very refined young lady who has impeccable manners, speaks with elegance and intelligence, was knowledgeable about the different styles, options, funeral home location, and delivery timeframes. She also perfectly recorded all the identifying information without one error. I was very surprised because I always have to correct it every time I provide personal information by phone.
