Order was well received per my sister "gorgeous" - she wasn't home so they came back same day, hours later when she was there (called first).. Delivered as promised, on time, and as expected with the best web site I've ever used, and I Im an RN working in IT at a hospital, and shop online, so understand all about customer service.
