Your website was easy to navigate. Your choice of floral arrangements was beautiful. Getting an email letting me know the delivery had been made took away any worries I had about the delivery, since I am in New York and the delivery was for San Francisco.

I was impressed with the lengths they took to contact me: having ordered from out of state, and been given incorrect information, they made sure to get a hold of me to find out what to do with the order, and suggest I find a home address instead. I definitely appreciated the effort!

Great job. My friend really liked the flowers and thank you so much for accommodating the change of date and delivery location due to her schedule on the date I originally had planned. I don't live in that area but when I need to send something to my friend that does live there I will be sure to use you.

I am in Mpls and the funeral was in Council Bluffs IA. My friend said the flowers in honor of her mother's passing were beautiful.
