The order went through fine, and was delivered as requested. My only disappointment is that I thought I was ordering directly to a local shop - your website gave all kinds of Lakeland info, so I feel a bit mis-led that Avas is actually a large national business. I've had bad experiences with FTD, etc. in the past, so I wanted to buy strictly local. Fortunately, this Avas order went well. Thank you.

I think the order was taken care of very promptly and efficiently. I never saw the finished product but the recepient was very happy so my faith was apparently well taken care of albeit 6000 Mi. away. Thank you.

My only complaint is that I received an email saying it had been delivered but it hadn't. That sent me into a slight panic as I had it delivered to my son's store. I called Avas and they checked with the delivery person and I received a prompt response that it was out for delivery. My granddaughter was thrilled...the bouquet was beautiful....and I will definitely use your services again.
