The arrangement was absolutely beautiful and HUGE! It was actually prettier in person than on the website. I did, however, write in "instructions" to replace the roses with another flower. I guess I put it in the wrong place or should have called. Doesn't matter, my daughter-in-law loved it and was so pleased. Thank you so much and I will not hesitate to use you again. Oh, and the fast service...2 hours from order to delivery. Wow! Just wow! Thank you!

The customer service was excellent. The online service was very good. Easy to use. Except, the 10% off promo didn't work. That was frustrating because it was offered. I had to call in to receive it. One last thing, calling from out of state I have no clue how close to the actual picture my arrangement was. All in all good service.
