Thanks AVAS for your wonderful service. My sister and I sent the flowers to our sister in law this year for Valentines Days. This year was especially difficult for my sister in law because my brother (her husband) passed away in October. They had been married for 30 years and we knew that this Valentines Day would be very hard for her. We just wanted to make her smile, AVAS made that possible. Thanks for your service and use of availability online, as we live in Georgia and she lives in Roundrock,Texas.

The process and customer service was great. My only issue is her name was spelt incorrectly, even though I spelled it out for the representative on the phone. (Should have been Alyshia) May seem small but my friend is a perfectionist so I would have preferred everything go without a hitch. But other than that, thank you, she loved them
