The employee that helped me with the order was very helpful. The flowers were delivered on time and the recipient was appreciative. They were a little more expensive than I had anticipated, but I'm sure they were beautiful.

The ordering process by phone was much easier than using their website. Brian was patient and provided excellent service in taking and processing my order. He double-checked everything to ensure accuracy. The order was delivered in time as promised.

I know Shannon was thrilled with the flowers when they were delivered, but I haven't seen them- nor her- so I cannot comment further. I hope they were worth the price.
