The flowers I needed delivered were on time. The gentleman who assisted me over the phone was very helpful. I received a " thank you" phone call telling me how beautiful the flowers were. I will order from Ava's Flowers in the future.

Live in WI, needed same day delivery for daughter in FL. Your service and arrangement was great. My daughter loved the flowers and was going to use the unusual vase again. However I put a no later than 4pm on delivery and it was delivered at 4:15, fortunately she was still working, all was good. Thank you.

The young lady named Jill took my order. Jill provided excellent customer service. She identified herself, called me by name and provided complete information. She repeated my order information to ensure it was correct. She was patient and easy to communicate with. This was an outstanding experience. I was not able to see the arrangement and I hope it was as good as the service! Thank you and give Jill an extra pat on the back.
