I have used Ava's flowers several times now and always, always the flowers are beautiful. I always have someone at the funeral that let's me know how they look since I'm not able to be there. Ava's has never disappointed me. The people that takes my order has been very helpful. I would give Ava's a 10 out of 1-10. It's important that I can trust someone in my place to convey my love and support to those I send my flowers to. Great job!!!!!

My expectations were met given that it was Valentine's Day and I hadn't placed my order until the morning of the 13th. The product delivered was, as usual, outstanding. My expectations would have been exceeded if delivery would have happened before 2:00 pm while my wife was still home. All worked well anyway, as the flowers were waiting for her when she returned from dinner and she absolutely loved your arrangement! Thank you for accommodating my request on short notice and I will do my best to improve my timing for any future needs. :)

I special ordered a Gerbera Daisy bouquet and was told it would have a variety of colors including pink and blue, which were not present in the arrangement sent. The sales person, Juan, was very helpful however.
