It is always a service to be able to gift a loved one for any occasion. I thank Avas for sending a beautiful floral arrangement to a sister that was not around the corner. It was a special birthday gift, and she sent me a picture of it..very nice. I think it was Mark who took the order and I thank him as well as those who actually make the arrangement. MJM

Everything was great except that before checkout my total did not reflect a $17.95 "service fee" which I was not happy to pay, when it showed up AFTER my final cart was shown. It did not show up prior to checkout when I reviewed all of the charges.
