The experience was excellent and easy. I ordered flowers for my Aunt's funeral to be delivered on the 9th and your employees actually called me to inform me that the bouquet was going to be just a bit different and asking my permission to deliver. I gave my permission and felt delighted that they called to get my feedback, no other florist's have ever done that. So it was realty appreciated. Your firm/employees are wonderful to work with.
